Sometimes confusion and mistakes happen, but at the end of the day, we’re all human. However, our complaints page is designed for our customers to express their concerns and how we could have done better. Refund Problems
Have we issued a refund, and you haven’t received the funds? Generally, it takes up to 5 – 7 business days for you to see your refund back into your account. We strongly recommend if 7 business days have passed, get in touch with one of our complaint specialists so we can investigate the issue and get it resolved.
Advertising Mistakes & Concerns
Our advertising team works hard to abide by all advertising terms and service policies online and offline. However, understandably sometimes things don’t go accordingly, and we may have missed something. Our complaints specialists strongly recommend submitting a complaint ticket if you feel our advertising team has made an error so we can promptly fix it.
Warranty Issues & concerns
All of our warranties vary based on the type of work performed. Sometimes our locksmiths don’t properly explain themselves or fail to fully make you aware of the exact terms of the warranty on the work provided. If you have experienced a warranty issue or concern, we strongly recommend you contact our complaint specialist team. Our complaint specialists are trained to be able to come to a resolution.
Quoting and pricing issues
Extra locksmith stands behind all quotes for 30 days. If you have received a quote from one of our locksmiths, we stand behind that quote for 30 days unless specifically mentioned in the invoice that prices are subject to change. Extra Locksmith works extremely hard to ensure our prices and estimates provided are some of the best in Dallas. However, if you have experienced an issue with us honoring our estimate or prices changing, please contact one of our complaint specialists so we can investigate and figure out a resolution.
